Subset: Ocular hypertensives are a subset of "glaucoma."  this is because they fall into the category of glaucoma suspects.  Not all ocular hypertensives go on to develop glaucoma (actually a small overall percentage in the ocular hypertension treatment study), and others have glaucoma without elevated eye pressures.  Glaucoma suspects need to be followed to see if they develop glaucoma.

Yes: The correct term is intra-cranial, meaning inside or within the cranium, headaches are often the result of this condition and can be severe as well as frequent. A good neurologist can give you more information after an examination and imaging studies. Also, be aware that an imaging study of the head is mandatory prior to a spinal tap in patients with this condition.

These are worrisome: These combination of symptoms are very worrisome but could be due to lots of different diseases ranging from early alzheimer's to some metabolic imbalance or toxins to even a brain tumor. It is urgent that you get some blood tests and imaging (like brain mri) as soon as possible.

Unknown: Ocular hypertension (also called glaucoma suspect) is a condition in which several of the criteria which would make your ophthalmologist be concerned about glaucoma exist.  In these patients no actual damage is present to vision and many will be followed frequently to see if glaucoma develops.  As many will not develop a problem, it is useful just to follow them.

Could be: High blood pressure can cause a headache, especially if it is very high.  Some medication is very dangerous if you stop it suddenly.  You need to see a doctor and get a refill of your medication as soon as possible.

Uncommon: Your symptoms are not a common reaction to vitamin d3. It is possible that the fillers in the supplement, or that there is an interaction with your BP medication. Most important is to get your blood pressure down, it is still higher than recommended. You might try once weekly vit d instead of daily. Check with your primary care provider.

Hypertension headahc: Check your blood pressure &amp; get treated for hypertension  . Aspirin at night may lower BP but it is not the usual therapy. F/u/ w/ MD on your headaches as can be due to other  reasons like mass, , aneurysm, sinuses, migraines.
