A very simple one is to image your arms are a jump rope and move in a circle lifting your arms and opening  tee chest wall as you gently rock or or "step" over the pretend rope. Doing this for 30 seconds every 30 minutes is great for people with sedentary jobs.

Possibilities abound: Hi there!  the external oblique is a muscle that does a run there however there is a lots of possibilities for left-sided pain. A history and physical exam would be very much warranted to help you figure out what the pain means.  It ranges from trauma and muscle strains to kidneys, spleen and even some other problems. I would see your primary physician or urgent care center/er for more work up!

Tummyache/walking: May be if it si one sided, she needs better shoes. Have her abck cheked out to make sure she doe snto have scoliosis as sometiems aptietns have unilarteral stain on hteir muscles when their spine is not straight.If it persists , you should see her pediatrician.

Not really: There is an old physical exam tip that suggested that this was a risk factor for coronary artery disease. It has not really proven to be so. You should check your cholesterol level, that is a much more reliable predictor of your risk.

Probably nothing : As long as symptoms go away with rest and are not progressive they are likely due to short lasting ischemis.

Breast density: Because of the abnormality noted on your mammogram, I feel that collaboration between the radiologist and a breast surgeon is needed to determine the next step which could be a breast MRI and/ or biopsy.

See below: Low back pain usually improves within 1-2 weeks, but it depends on the circumstances.  At your age the pain is likely from a muscle strain or a bad disc.    If your pain has persisted for greater than 1-2 weeks despite conservative management I would see your physician.

Take some laxatives: And/or stool softeners to alleviate your constipation. And drink lots of water with prune juice. Try to have bowel movement daily. Take care!
