Your profile says you're 20-if that's correct, you need a good evaluation for possible causes as essential hypertension,  which is the cause in 90% of people, doesn't usually start so early in life. Serious obesity, if present, is an important risk factor.

Position?: It may be positional. If cardiac and renal problems have been ruled out, problems in venous and/or lymphatic drainage could cause swelling in arms. See your physician. May try keeping your arms above your body and/or straight during sleep. You may need further testing.

Hi BP right arm: Could be coarctation of aorta. Can see on plain chest X-ray some times. Need to have BP taken on both arms at same time several times to document arm difference. Have team take BP in both legs and feel carefully for pulses at both femoral arteries and in your feet. Have someone feel pulse in both radial arteries at same time. L may be weaker. CT angio may show it as well. Any injuries to left arm?

Bad kidneys, obesity: This is the follow up reply. Obesity  alone tasks the heart tremendously laboring itself trying to beat 100, 000 times as normal non-obese individuals. Bad kidneys as well. Like your automobile's compressor when it fails due to overload then it stops as well as your motor.

Celebrex:  This is really an issue that needs to be reviewed with the prescribing doctor. Somethings are too important to just ask an on-line doctor who does not know you.
