Ask a primary doctor: A person having hair loss can ask his primary care doctor about it, because sometimes there is a medical disorder causing hair loss (although many times it's just male-pattern baldness). The doctor may have other patients who have had good results with local dermatologists, plastic surgeons, hair restoration doctors, etc...  A search of healthtap did not turn up any oakland dermatologists so far.

If : If in fact the girl in question was given an overdose of morphine at the hospital that caused  her to fall into a coma, then it would be documented in her medical record, and the facts will speak for themselves. 
As far as the parents not getting information; this should not be tolerated. They can request to speak to a social worker or patient advocate. If they dont speak english then they will be accomodated. They should not stand silent. They have a right to know what is going on with their daughter regardless of their citizenship.

Yes and yes.: Yes, "advanced maternal age" as it is called, is when the mother is age 35 or older at the time of giving birth to her baby. That being said, I have seen women who have had healthy babies after age 40. Hope that helps!

Nervous: Heat/hot symptoms are not specific for an specific disease process. If you have frequency of urine or pain with urination or vaginal discharge then there could be an infection.  But heat/ hot alone is not enough to make a diagnosis.

Is common: I recommend that you contact your doctor again to discuss.If you are sure you are not pregnant, I would try not to worry though. If you may be, please do a test.If not, continue to track your periods.Some women are irregular during most of their lives.Other times, certain stressors to the mind or body can cause irregularity by affecting hormonal balance.Oral contraceptives are often used for this.

Most insurance provide patients with a list of doctors available within their network. Consider contacting insurance company for list. Medicaid (or Medi-Cal) are difficult to find. Best of luck.

Best is relative.: Good medical schools and great doctors in every country.  Generalizing possible, but misleading.  Most medical education takes place during internship / residency. Best education is one that prepares you for practice in the society and culture you live in. Japanese schools are great for japanese physicians and likewise for the other countries.
