Useful remedy: There are over 2000 homeopathic medicines but nux vomica is easily in the top 10 in terms of popularity. 30c refers to the potency (each remedy is available in different strengths- 30c is intermediate). For acute use some will do better with 12c, some with 30c. Nux is widely used for nausea, indigestion, hangovers and clearing reactions to foods or drugs that don't agree with you. See comment.

Nux vomica: Yes, this is sometimes recommended, usually for headaches triggered by rich foods, or associated with gastric symptoms, sometimes alcohol associated headaches.  Others discussed include epiphegus, glonoine, belladonna, and iris versicolor but typically a homeopath would recommend taking your specific case to choose what is appropriate.

I wouldn't. : Nux vomica is the extract from the strychnine tree and is a deadly poison if ingested in sufficient dose. Before i experimented with that, i'd talk to your surgeon about your nausea. He may be able to change your pain medication, reducing narcotics which cause nausea and adding antiinflammatories for better analgesia.

: Except for anti-HIV drugs, there are no medicine or drugs of any kind that increase the window or otherwise have any effect on HIV test reliability.

Typically stable: Meningiomas are typically very slowly growing benign tumors.  While uncommon symptomatically, some studies show up to 2-3% of the population may have meningiomas but do not know it.  In general, there have been no specific associations made with stress.  There are genetic disorders that do have meningiomas as part of the syndrome (eg neurofibromatosis, which may be associated with multiple ones).

There are uncommon medical causes as well which should be ruled out. There are many different non-medication treatments for anxiety that he/she will recommend--depending on the whats and whys of your situation.

See below: Current stressors like your surgery, impaired sleep due to pain, possible reduced workload or other changes in your life can bring on anxiety. You may also have had a preexisting anxiety condition that has broken through with tolerance to the opioid med. You may try other tx like cognitive behavioral therapy, exercise, stretch or manual tx: chiropractic care. Check w/ your Dr. about the symptoms.

Therapy/meds: In addition to meds, get a referral to a reputable psychotherapist to discuss what anxiety means to YOU. Anxiety means different things to different people. Meds and therapy are the most optimal combination.
