Probably normal: It's normal for there to be numbness after massage or stretching. Sometimes the nerve gets pinched, a nearby muscle inflamed. As long as there is no weakness and the numbness gets better there is nothing to worry about.

Some ideas: It may be you were responding to another medical provider.  If not- consider- is there a blood clot in one of the veins?  This is an unusual but important cause of these symptoms.  Another possibility- numbness and pin sensation can arise from a nerve injury.  The site depends on where you have the symptoms.  Consider splitting your question into 2-3.

Cubital tunnel: Can be cubital tunnel syndrome, depending on which side of the elbow.  In other words, the ulnar nerves gets "pinched" as it passes through the "funny bone".  Can also be bursitis/tendonitis

: The issue is whether there's inflammation,strain or overuse.of one of the stuctures in the area of the right elbow or inner upper arm or whether there's a nerve impingement affecting the right upper arm. A physician would examine the right elbow,&amp; upper arm &amp; put you through some maneuvers in order to make a diagnosis &amp; advise you. I favor some.chronic  inflammation of a biceps tendon.

CALL YOUR OB/GYN: I would contact you OB/GYN doctor on this. Not sure why the left arm and leg are numb. Sometimes there can be some pull in the abdomen when you are pregnant and the ligaments are stretched.

Many things: Carpal tunnel syndrome is the most common cause of numbness in the hand on the thumb side.  Cubital tunnel syndrome causes little finger numbness.  If both of the entire hands and feet are numb, then a peripheral neuropathy is more likely.  This can be related to long standing diabetes.  This problem needs to be worked up by a physician.

Sleep position?: Your position when sleeping may augment a narrowing of the neural foramina leading to the arms. Try sleeping @ 45 degrees in a recliner one night and see if that makes a difference.

TOS?: You may have nerve inflammation at the wrist, perhaps carpal tunnel syndrome, but could also have inflammation at the shoulder level due to thoracic outlet syndrome.  If you do not improve with 2 or 3 days of rest, see your doctor, as you may need more intensive interventions.
