Need further work up: Sounds like you may have cervical disc disease.  You might need an MRI and a through neurological exam to see why things are getting worse.  Note sudden weakness of the arms or hands is a very worrisome sign and needs urgent evaluation.

Muscle tension: If you stretch the neck by looking towards the left and the tingling is on the right side, that is produced by muscle tension; the opposite may be produced by neck spondylosis and reduced size of the neural foramina. It is probably muscle tension and a very benign problem that could goes away with massage, ice and tylenol (acetaminophen).

what causes only numbness (no tingling at all, just feeling then all of a sudden numbness), in both legs, right arm, right side of face and neck?

Numbness : In young patients, demyelinating disorders is always a consideration. Other autoimmune disorders, or vitamin deficiencies may need to be excluded. Check with your physician for proper history and physical examination.  This is the best way for an accurate diagnosis and treatment.  Consider consultation with a neurologist. Numb: Sorry but your question was cut off. Several things come to mind, from pinched nurve in neck to neurologic issues. Might be worth while to consult a neurologist.

Cervical spondylitis: Get a MRI of cervical spine. See a good spine surgeon. Physical therapy and exercises help too.

Depends: Numbness after an anesthetic injection is temporary while numbness which has been present for about a year may be permanent.  Consult a neurologist or orofacial pain dentist.

Not usually: Sinusitis generally causes pain or pressure in the area corresponding to the sinus that is affected.  I there is numbness on the left side of your face, you should see a doctor.   If you also have accompanied paralysis of facial muscles, you should see a doctor ASAP to be on the safe side.
