Correlations: Hard to say that all of this is related to one diagnostic cause.  Each does need evaluation.  In arms and hands, could be peripheral nerve issues such as carpal tunnel syndrome, but maybe cervical stenosis.  Headaches could be migraine, tension, jaw problems.

Not really: Usually it means you slept on your arms and cut off the nerve supply temporarily. You might try to change your sleeping position.

No: What you are describing certainly is not related to obesity alone and is definitely not normal.  You need to see a neurologist as soon as possible and probably an MRI of the brain among other tests to establish the diagnosis.

Many possibilities: Most people get a headache at some time, such as from colds, infections, lack of sleep, too much driving, long hours on a computer, stress at work, etc...  A bad or increasing headache, recurrent headache, weird headache, or with other worrisome symptoms... such as changes in vision and limb paresthesias in this case should be evaluated by one's primary care doctor or the ER.

Arm numbness: Numbness in the arms often occurs from sleeping with the arms bent or working in a job with a lot of repetition. Other frequent causes include spinal stenosis or compression of the spinal cord. Diabetes, low B12 levels, and low thyroid function are common causes too. A neurological evaluation and a nerve conduction test can identify the cause of the numbness.
