Neurology: It sounds like you have symptoms that should be evaluated by a neurologist. It can be misleading to assume one symptom is being caused by another. There could be a common underlying issue or there may be several things going on.  The only safe plan is to get evaluated and develop a treatment plan.

i am constantly dizzy whether sitting down, lying down, standing it doesn't matter now my tongue starting to feel numb what could it be?

Could be serious: You can't expect a diagnosis on HealthTap because HealthTap docs explicitly don't diagnose, treat or prescribe. But it COULD be a problem in your brainstem that is more than minor. Sorry, but you'll have to get a hands-on evaluation by a doctor for this. If I were you I would not procrastinate. The appropriate specialty would be neurology.

Chronic fatigue: What has your gp done? any labs? do you have any chronic medical conditions or take any meds? are you obese? inactive? pregnant? anxious or depressed? There are many reasons for your symptoms including low grade infection, thyroid dysfunction, anxiety disorder etc. You need to ask your gp specifically to test for thyroid, EBV, pregnancy, electrolyte panel with CBC and explore mental health issues.

Fluids: Dehydration should be avoided, drink fluids and rest. Monitor your BP, temperature and please notify your OB specialist. The other cause of your symptoms include infection, but usually occurs with a fever. Watch for signs of distress, pain and difficulty breathing, please see a physician.

These headache patients usually had a reduced cervical range of motion in association with the headache, dizziness, parasthesias. Rec.: see orofacial pain or headache specialist for evaluation and treatment.

i was driving along when i got heart pain then my hand went numb and mouth now i'm dizzy all symptoms wher about 15 min apart?

Is this the 1st time: By "heart pain" do you mean CHEST DISCOMFORT or tightness? Did you feel panicked in any way before this all happened?  Any headaches? Though my index of suspicion is low for a primary heart problem I think seeing your doctor  as soon as you can to discuss things is best. To me your symptoms fit well with either aura to a headache syndrome or an anxiety/distress incident.  All the best.
