Day old urine would still have evidence of drugs, but i doubt it would be accepted  by those with a contract to find valid results.

Perhaps when you are in AC your body does not use as much water to cool itself via sweating.  It hot, humid climates, sweating affects your hydration level and may reduce your need to pee.
