lately ive been stressed and i feel like im not getting enough oxygen. sometimes when i take a deep breath i feel nauseous or like i need to cough/get whats inside me out, but not sure if thats just stress? i sleep fine/dont feel short of air?

: Anxiety may be one cause,  COVID 19, a cardiac condition and respiratory infections should be excluded. 
If you are dizzy, vomiting or air hungry, please see acute care. GERD is one condition which may lead to aspiration, nausea and cough. 
Reduce stress, avoid excessive caffeine and monitor your breathing and temperature. Watch for signs of difficulty swallowing. A virtual appt is available

Dyspnea: That sounds alarming.  Hard to tell without more information and without physical examination.  Possible causes include asthma/pneumonia/pulmonary embolism (cot in the lungs).  See a doctor asap.

i have the lightest purple shade surrounding my lunula. i read that this can mean that my body is not getting enough oxygen. does having asthma related to this? what should i do for my body to get enough oxygen?

: If you were not getting enough oxygen, you would have other symptoms, like feeling out of breath, clouding of senses. Do get treatment for asthma, after that it is not a cause for concern.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. 
Get HPV vaccine.

tested positive for covid 19 3 weeks ago. still having lingering symptoms. vertigo and shortness of breath. oxygen saturation normal, pulse normal as well. are these common symptoms ?. if so anything. that can help?

COVID 19:  Unfortunately lingering pulmonary symptoms are not at all uncommon with COVID 19 infections.   Vertigo has recently been described with COVID 19 as well. Hydrate very well. More doctors are recommending post- COVID  consultations when symptoms are not clearing up well.

GET TESTED: It could be just you impression, have oxygen in yor blood checked so you know for sure.

Hypoxia: Symptoms can include headaches, fatigue, shortness of breath, nausea, euphoric feelings. If severe, there would be blue discoloration of skin (cyanosis) & coma.
