Some go for years: Unfortunately many men go on for many months w/o ejaculation, especially older ones with illnesses such as advanced diabetes, morbid obesity, heart disease, stroke victims, severe depression where desires for relation is not there and thus need for ejaculation is virtually none existent. Ejaculation: Not from the standpoint of causing a disease. Not being able to ejaculate can be due to anxiety, diabetics can have retrograde ejaculation, it can happen after prostate surgery, loss of ejaculation can occur after spinal fusion, intestinal surgery involving the colon or rectum.

Very difficult ?: This is a difficult question. There are some men who can go that long without ejaculating. In a normal marriage with a healthy young couple, however , this would be extremely rare unless the man had some medical inability to ejaculate. Most common causes I have seen in my practice include man masturbating alone, man having sex with another woman or man is homosexual. Please see a therapist to help.
