Hard to guess: The old rule of 3's may or may not apply. You can go 3 minutes without oxygen, 3 days without water &amp; 3 weeks without food. A lot would depend on ancillary factors like pre-existing health, weight, environment, etc. It would not be a good way to diet, since most who fast overindulge later &amp; get heavier. It could have long term negative effects on various organ systems.

so you will loose 12 lbs of real body weight
you can calculate similarly for other daily calories requirements for others.

Not eating: 14 hours of not eating is not bad for yoiu unless youi have a medical problem that it would complicate, for instance diabetes.  Many have nearly a 14 hour fast from dinner to breakfast, especialy an early dinner.  Musliims fast during the day during ramadon.
