SpontaneousNosebleed: First, the situation you describe with your young son is NOT normal.   He needs to see a pediatric ENT specialist or a general ENT specialist to ensure he does not have errant blood vessels in the nasal septum and/or nasal cavity.

Many kick doors and walls and the overwhelming reason for it is dietary mayhem.I have published this in the medica literature and have suggested that school shootings and vandalism are related to high calorie malnutrition, i.e. Junk foods, particularly sweet caffeinated drinks.

Have a plan: There is nothing unique about adhd in terms of handling temper tantrums--excpet they may be a bit more prone to them.  To little space to go into detail, but look up the explosive child or others sources about dealing with out-of-control behavior.  Develop a consistent intervention that keeps the child safe and minimizes secondary gain (benefits) the child might be getting.  Adhd is not an excuse.

Picky eater tantrums: This is not unusual having a toddler who is a picky eater.  Several strategies to try- foods before liquids, offering small portions of new foods over and over. Finger foods cut in lengths also help. Remember his portion size is just two tablespoons per serving.

Yes: Your 3 year old has learned how to control you.  That is something to worry about.  You need to regain control now.  Sometime you need to ignore him when he is like that, you need to put him in his room and shut the door.  Kids that learn how to control parents will generally become inmates in jail in their late teens and twenties.
