Concerning: A little bleed from the nose, or a broken blood vessel in the eye, may be normal after vomiting (high pressure, upside down head). 
However, I am concerned about your other symptoms of abdominal pain, vomiting, nausea and headaches.  Check with the doctor who is prescribing steroid creams to you.  Perhaps you need to be re-examined. For continued vomiting, seek help immediately.

Bleed: If you were bleeding from the upper digestive tract(stomach or duodenum) red blood would be noticeable. In addition, within 1-3 days your stools would be black. It appears that the color of your vomitus was due to materials that you ingested since you didn't pass black stool.

Uti: Make sure you don't have uti. Also, muscle pain and dark urine is concerning for rhabdomyolysis. Go to doctor to check your ck level in blood. Migraine can be unrelated in this situation. Recommend a doctor visit to sort this out.

Yes: Vomiting raises blood pressure transiently in the nasal blood vessels which can then be more likely to bleed. If bleeding happens often you should be evaluated by your doctor.
