Testing recommended : I would recommend you request your doctor to refer you for testing asap for your own good as we as that of your contacts. You will have to self isolate while waiting for your results. The reason is that you can infect other people while you are not displaying serious symptoms. So please go for testing

Yes it is possible : Shingles pain can be sore, burning, stabbing etc.  If it does not resolve after the shingles subsides, i would discuss with your doctor to consider nerve pain medications.

URTI: Sinusinfection is very common currently with the change of season.If facial pain or ear infection you will need to visit your GP for antibiotics. Start with nasal steroid spray twice daily.Drink Sinugraine and Sinupret to treat the infection. Lastly drink antihistamine for 10 days until the spray start working. Use the spray until end of September.

Not from stress: Unless you are compulsively digging at your nose there is some other explanation. How long? Could be herpes, staph, others. Cancer less likely at your age. See a dermatologist if persistent or recurrent.

May need exam/rx: This often reflects a colonization within the nasal tissues with a strain of staph. When clusters of such sores form they might respond to application of an antibiotic ointment on the sores and within the nasal entrance. However, sometimes it requires a round of antibiotics to eliminate the germ &amp; stop the sores.

No: A pregnancy does not start to implant until a week after ovulation. It is highly unlikely you would get any pregnancy symptoms before then.

Not likely : You're not lacking estrogen because your taking some in the bc.  If anything , the Progesterone component may be the cause but unlikely.

See doctor: A new onset headaches plus soreness at the neck at your age needs attention.  At the least meningitis needs be ruled out.  Suggest that you visit your doctor
