Unlikely: Thyroid nodules do not cause hair loss or systemic itching, especially when it hasn't affected your thyroid since the thyroid labs are normal.  You need to look for a different cause.

Need Hematologist: Women often see hair loss when their iron stores are low (as yours are). Dizziness on standing is often related to dehydration (volume depletion). But I am concerned about your low white count, red count, and hematocrit. You may need to be evaluated to see if you are losing blood somehow - or if you are not producing enough red cells (and white cells). I think a hematology opinion is in order.

Possible: But your thyroid level really isn't low enough to cause these symptoms. See you doctor about brand name T4 replacement to normalize your tsp. Thyroid nodules are a separate issue and need other evaluation.

Hyperthyroidism: Hyperthyroidism is an over active thyroid which can lead to anxiety eg nervousness as well as exophthalmos or protrusion (proptosis) of eyeball which might be experienced as pain/pressure. Thyroid nodule needs to be investigated as graves disease is common cause of hyperthyroidism & exophthalmos. Go see your family doc for initial testing, then referral to endocrinologist & ophthalmologist.

If you are losing hair on many body parts you must see your primary doctor for complete evaluation - history, physical exam, and labs.

Have it evaluated: Is the mass firm, or soft? Mobile or fixed? It could be any number of things, however, if it is new and is concerning, you should probably have it evaluated by your primary care physician first. It could be just a simple cyst, in which case an office based excision will take care of the problem.

Iron Deficiency: Check your blood for CBC , hemoglobin and iron level.  Your symptoms could be due to iron deficiency anemia which is more common during ; after pregnancy than thyroidal disorders especially if had no thyroid disorder  in the past and you were not taking any medication that could have affected your thyroid function.
