Get checked: Warfarin thins out the blood which could cause the nosebleeds. You should see you doctor and get your blood checked to make sure it is not too thin or there is not another hematologic (blood) problem. You may need to see an ENT to get a nasal endoscopy to look for the nasal problem, if there is one.

Normal / common: Kids commonly get nose bleeds when they are exposed to airborne irritants (smoke, fragrance, fumes, dust, allergens) or dry heat. They often awake with a bloody pillow after rubbing their nose into it during sleep and having a bleed. Nasal saline wash or jells and humidified air help reduce the frequency.Avoidance of irritants is the primary method of prevention.

? dry nasal cavities: which is the most common cause for nose bleeds , especially in winter, try to humidify her environment, use saline nasal washes before she goes to sleep, if still happening, better see an ENT specialist, wish you both wellness

Nose bleeds are : Common in childhood & often reflect irritants like dust, pollen, fumes, smoke etc that the kid is exposed to on a regular basis.These things accumulate in the nasal  passages & lead to nasal rubbing when the kids are half asleep or during the day.The trauma causes small capillaries in the nose to blead.Nasal saline wash can remove the irritants & nasal saline gel helps if applied at night.

Epistaxis: Great decision to stop using e-cig. You're doing yourself a great favor. As for your nose bleeds (epistaxis), as long as they stop, you're most likely fine. But it's still a good idea for your Family Doc or even ENT to take a peek up there to make sure nothing else is going on. In meantime, use spare non-vaping time to eat right, exercise regularly &amp; get enough sleep. Wrap it up each &amp; every time.

Cauterize: This sounds very disruptive!  Most likely its a brittle vessel high up in the nose.  See an ENT who can cauterize it and check for anything suspicious up there.

Nose bleeds: A very common cause of recurrent nose bleeds is excessive dryness of the nasal membranes from heating or air conditioning. Adding a humidifier and applying a small amount of white petrolatum(Vaseline) to the nasal membranes each night helps. If frequent nose bleeds continue have your blood pressure checked and getting a nasal examination by a physician or Otolaryngologist is recommended.

Nose bleeding: the most common reason is trauma. Other reasons are allergies causing dryness in you nose, making it is for bleeding. Using humfier and applying neosporine to the inside of your nose will help
