It is on the high si: You would do better closer to 130.pounds. I would advise you you to aim for 130 yet we will except you to have healthy weight upto a maximum of 135 pounds. So make efforts to cut out 100 calories of food/sweeter liquids out daily and you can achieve your target and remain healthy once you stick with this plan.

Frequent : Frequent nose bleeds and easy bruising with a small needle (botox) suggests "thin" blood such as we see with Aspirin or vitamin E users.  You should discuss this with your primary care doctor and have your platelet count and clotting factors checked.  This can simply be hereditary.

Morbid Obesity: Yes. Of course this is an abnormal weight and thus makes your niece's pregnancy a very high risk pregnancy.  "normal' weight can vary widely based upon the body shape and medical history of a pregnant female, so there is no one good answer to your underlying question.
