Probable hypothyroid: The free t4, not free T3 (liothyronine) test, is necessary here. Positive antibodies indicate hashimoto's thyroiditis, the most common cause of hypothyroidism. It may just be early in the process to cause the TSH to be elevated.

Thyroid: If your doc is an endocrinologist, follow his advice. Tsh has an inverse relationship with thyroid activity, i.e. Low tsh=high thyroid activity. The elevated thyroid peroxidase (aka antimicrosomal antibodies) suggests autoimmune hyperthyroid disease, but can also be elevated in other autoimmune disorders like lupus & rheumatoid arthritis & many other conditions. Get 2nd opinion if in doubt.

graves and rai 12 years ago. 125mcg synthroid (thyroxine). all levels normal. 6 years ago tsh dropped to 0 and free t3 & t4 low normal. tsh won't increase?

How do you feel?: This is really the question to be asking. Whoever is managing you may feel a need to lower your dose slightly to see if TSH rises / protect you from osteoporosis later in life / practice defensive medicine, but I'd be most concerned with how you actually feel. If you don't recognize symptoms / signs of hypothyroidism / hyperthyroidism, perhaps doing what's working is best.

Perhaps nothing: Such tests need to be repeated. If the T4 and T3 (liothyronine) were measured as total T4 & T3 (liothyronine) it may mean only that the binding proteins of thyroid hormone are low. Ask your doctor what was done and his/her interpretation.

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, if free T4 and T3 and TSH are normal, there is no cause for concern. T4 may be elevated in women on birth control pills.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Probably nothing: Are you taking thyroid replacement? A normal TSH usually means all is ok. See a thyroidologist.

TBG deficiency: Lots of people have low total T4 and T3 (liothyronine) because of thyroid binding globulin deficiency.  It's not pathological.  More accurate thyroid hormone measurements are achieved by measuring free thyroid hormone levels (ft4, ft3).  The american thyroid association's position statement is that measuring ft3/t3 doesn't demonstrate thyroid hormone sufficiency.  Supplementing with T3 (liothyronine) is not standard of care.
