It's you: One known cause of such minor lab variabilities is slightly decreased affinity between the receptors that bind neutrophils and the vessel walls. More are circulating because fewer are hanging out on the sides. If you feel well, I hope you will not give this any more worry. Nothing ever comes of these trivial anomalies.

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, if you do not have any symptoms, the number is not worth being concerned about.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

: Your white blood cell count (WBC) can change over minutes to hours for all sorts of reasons.  It usually comes with a "differential" or breakdown of the 7 main types of white cells and provides clues about why the overall count is what it is. There is no relationship between your rabies antibody titer and WBC. Rabies is rare and effectively prevented with vaccination. A WBC of 3.6 is not a concern
