50-50 if pregnant: Without ivf with preimplantation genetic testing or microsort (that i believe is no longer available) sex selection procedures are generally ineffective in choosing the gender of your child.

Sperm: That is a bit low  but not terrible.  If the other qualities are normal meaning concentration and morphology i would not worry.  And i would check it again soon.

Who knows?: Addyzoa is a combination herbal supplement which has totally unproven ingredients. Who knows whether it will help him, but it is highly unlikely and never scientifically studied. Can it harm him? Who knows, as that has also never been studied. Talk w/your doctor.

Normal Sperm Motilit: Most labs have seen a drop in the normal range over time. the majority of labs say anything over 40% motility is fine. Consider Male Motility Enhancer @ Theralogix.com if less than that. See a urologist to check for dilated testicular veins, a varicocele. First, though recheck an SA after 3-4 days abstinence.

Yes, poor quality: Indeed the report of semen analysis showed poor qulity in motility. For low motility, i would like to know if there're many pus cells (white blood cells) in the semen and if you have significant varicocele. As to if you're going to impregnate your sexual partner or not, please remember: the result is just saying you have much lower likelihood to conceive, not 100% yes or no.

Yes: Yes good for iui, but if that is his consistent result (on two tests), and the cervix is normal and you are not using Clomid (clomiphene) as a stimulation drug for fertility treatment, there is no good evidence that IUI actually increases pregnancy rates.  Iui became popular as a treatment to balance the negative effect of Clomid (clomiphene) on the cervical mucous.  Now with newer drugs not so necessary.  Good luck.

Best to talk to MD: It seems someone is following you already. The presence of pus is concerning and has to be explained by your doctor. The motility of the sperm is an important index for fertility and 0% motility does not sound good. If the pus is taken care of, your problem may improve. So talk to your doctor. Good luck.
