: As a young 33-year-old male, while you are sleep, a resting heart rate of 36 is normal. If you are not having any symptoms, then this is your body’s normal physiological response to sleep. A resting  heart rate of 36, especially in healthy individuals with good cardiovascular endurance, is not concerning.

have pots and heds..i have had recent episodes of air hunger. increase in my already high heart rate,lightheadedness, and drowsiness along with those episodes.ive seen my oxygen drop to 95 before but it does go back to 98-99after. possibilities?

: There are many possibilities for your symptoms but more information would be needed. It would be helpful to know what your blood pressure is during these episodes. How long do they last? What makes it better? What are you doing when it happens?Your pulse ox is still in the normal range even though it drops a little-it is still ok. High heart rate: Need to know what is your heart rate? If it is more than normal range then need any ekg to see any arrhythmias. If it is sinus tachycardia, it could be from anxiety or pain or hyperthyroidism or hypovolemia or fever etc. Consult your physician.

: Yes your hormones are normal in the younger years and then tend to decline after middle age. But ordinarily there is no hormone imbalance in the healthy people of all ages..
It is normal for heart rate to increase by 5-10 beats per minute when you stand up from a resting position. So I would not worry about that.

what classifies as intense exercise. i exercise at least 2/3times a week, normally at a high heart rate around 160-180 on average. i am 26. i really enjoy exercise. can this influence my period being absent?
