Consider other cause: Since you had an MRI of the brain 6 months ago, and it was normal, you should not think of brain tumor as the cause here.  Other causes are more likely and more common.  These could be medicine side effects, changes in the sensation of the feet, changes in the inner ear sensation of movement, or changes with your strength.

POSSIBLE: Depending on resolution of mri, and thickness of cuts, is possible to miss small stroke, and not visualize minimal pathology, but a clinical exam by a neurologist should be able to correlate a potential stroke if exam is consistent, regardless.  In some cases, a followup image is useful.

Mastoiditis: You may have had an inflammation in the area of your inner and middle ear. You may also have affected your mastoid which is in this area. Extensive inflammation in this area could cause irritation of the ear and facial nerves causing your symptoms. You need evaluation by both an ENT and neurologist.

Now only concern: his blood pressure  ( diastolic  over 90 ) , unrelated to his injury he may have hypertension  ( B P ) need to be monitored  and take him back for follow up visit  and blood pressure check up.

Sort this out: Both sjogren's and b-12 deficiencies can cause small fiber neuropathy, which can promote limb burning.  The weakness could involve large fibres, but the clonus and hyperreflexia may be a sign of upper motor neuron problem within brain or neck, and thus might require imaging studies.  A few tests can be useful, such as mri, and skin punch biopsy.  Although sjogren's could mimic ms, and cause clonus.

Well, it sounds like: you have had a good evaluation already. The most serious thing, a brain tumor, has apparently been excluded. I know it is VERY anxiety producing to not have a concrete explanation for your symptoms. Unfortunately, to your doctor's frustration as well as your own, this is sometimes the case. More often than not, in these situations, the symptoms resolve on their own...how long is another story:(

Depends: if MRI was ok, why 2nd? see no reason for MRA with history of twitching.

Light headed: Any headache or history of migraine with your dizziness?  Have you had thyroid function checked ?  Are you getting enough sleep.?  Using any drugs/stimulants?   As you can see from the questions many different things can cause your symptoms.  See someone who can take a careful and detailed history to help you figure this out.

i have viral labrynthitus, and awful vertigo for a month now. mri of brain came back normal. how much longer does this last? the vertigo is ruining my

Vertigo: Are you being treated.  Often a combination of antivert (meclizine) and prednisone will help. Also, for some people the cause of the vertigo is from an otolith.  ENT or therapist can do a special head MANIPULATION to relieve symptoms

Probably: If you have MS, I would expect there to be some sign of it on your MRI of the brain.  Likewise, if you had ALS I would expect there to be some evidence for it on EMG testing, as you mention.  Since nothing is "black and white" with these two diagnoses, I would discuss the results and your concerns with your neurologist.  Take care, and stay well!
