can skinny people feel almost all their normal lymph nodes in neck groin and armpits? what size is considered unenlarged?

bloods normal, spleen&liver normal, lymph nodes in neck, groin, armpits normal and chest xray normal. any chance of having lymphoma still? worried :(

See a doctor: Hmm.  Lymph nodes can swell when your immune system is fighting an infection. They are usually tender when that occurs.  A viral infection like "mono" can cause the lymph nodes in the back of your neck to swell.  Certain cancers can also cause lymph node swelling.  This would not show up on a cbc.  A doctor needs to feel your nodes and decide if further tests are needed!

i'm currently fighting off a cold. i know it's normal for the lymph nodes in your neck to swell, but should the ones near my groin be swelling aswell?

: Lymph nodes are located throughout the body &amp; generally noticeable in exposed areas like the neck where they are not hidden by fat or tissues. They are usually pea sized at rest and enlarged when stimulated by bug bites, dermatitis, drainage or infection. They rarely can become damaged by infection &amp; grow to golf ball size &amp; need drainage or removal.

hard, fixed lymph nodes in neck. u/s stated nodes appeared normal. can u/s distinguish a hard node from soft node? can u/s detect nhl?

Neck masses: Other than lymph nodes in neck are commonly thyroid nodules, branchial cleft cysts, lipomas.  If you can feel these masses in your neck, have your doctor order a ct or mri.  Ultrasound is particularly good at telling whether a mass is solid or cystic, not hard or soft.
