You may have...: a microproctinoma or a large one. I would place you on cabergoline 0.5 mg two times per week to see if your results normalize.  Also, many drugs such as Reglan raise prolactin levels.  Your prolactin is moderately elevated. I would have other pituitary hormones checked.

Yes: You are at your LH surge, right before or at ovulation. You don't start making progesterone until after ovulation.

estradiol fluctuates throughout the cycle.  It is typically quite low during the period and peaks at mid-cycle.  If you are having regular periods, your Estradiol levels are normal, by definition. If you are on any type of birth control your Estradiol level will be artificially low.  Many things can affect levels and they are different from day to day.

High AMH: One would expect a high AMH level in a 22 year old although it would be very atypical to be checking this test in someone that age. Normal would be above 2. Estradiol is also an odd test to have done at age 22. If someone was evaluating hormone levels one would usually do an FSH and LH. Contact the ordering physician to go over your specific results and treatment plan

I don't know why: your estradiol level was checked, but it's not the cause of your BPH, which occurs in a majority of men to some degree or another. Discuss with your urologist or PCP.
