Go back to doc...: These are serious symptoms. If hormone panels are normal, it only means your doctor may need to cast the net a little wider in terms of bloodwork including metabolic panels and possible testing for any underlying genetic issues.

i had been through a depression which i think i overcame. however, the appetite loss and disturbed sleep (sleep too much, unusual timing) are still persistent. is that normal ?

Partial remission?: It doesn't sound as if your depressive illness is quite gone. See your primary care provider or mental health practitioner.

Penis Size: There is nothing to do to change your size.  You need to worry less about size and worry more about engaging in a relationship that is built on love and trust.  In that case sex is a side effect of the relationship, not the relationship itself.  Work to have her fall in love with you as a man, not with your organ.  Then it doesn't matter at all.

An endocrinologist: is the kind of doc to see.  They specialize in hormonal imbalances like thyroid.  There are natural ways to treat the thyroid but it all needs to be coordinated w/your docs.  Peace and good health.

can u have depression pretty much all youre life and have to be on meds to live a normal fuctionaing life?  what kind of depression is that called?

Lifetime Depression: Some people may feel depressed most of the time. If medications have helped, i would assume there have been periods of time without the depression. In addition to antidepressants, i wonder if regular exercise has helped decrease these symptoms of depression (and yes, i would call this depression). Make sure you have optimized your nutrition with regular meals, sleep time, relaxation and exercise.

Postpartum depressio: Depression can last longer if u had history of mood problem before pregnancy or if treatment is suboptimal. Discuss with your doctor the medication optimization and psychotherapy if not already doing it. Wish u well.
