See below: An elevated BUN with normal creatinine occurs most commonly in dehydrated individuals and is not a sign of kidney damage.It may also occur in in certain other conditions like bleeding in the intestines, artificial nutrition intravenously of Amino Acids and use of steroids.

Multiple causes: BUN is a breakdown of ingested protein, but becomes elevated compared to creatine, in cases of increased catabolism (breakdown). Such things as a high protein diet, use of some steroids, some infections, or volume depletion may commonly raise BUN levels. In a hospital setting, tube feeding, tpn, GI bleeding, infections, decreased flow to the kidneys, and use of steroids are frequent contributors.

Follow it: Your creatinine is fine especially if you are physically fit. When I was lifting weights every day, mine ran 1.6 or even a bit higher. Your physician will probably repeat your SGPT off alcohol and and meds and if it is still up, run a few more labs to look for hepatitis virus, hemochromatosis, or Wilson's

Creatinine: The creatinine testing is for kidney function. Assuming no renal abnormality before or after birth detected, the range can vary in newborns. No, increased: urinary frequency does not cause renal failure, nor does renal failure cause increased urinary frequency, However, certain underlying  conditions(e.g. diabetes) can lead to both increased urinary frequency and kidney damage.

Accepted Answer

Unlikely: The simple chemistry profile gives ample evidence of adequate fluid balance. It does not measure thirst, but is a reasonable gauge of over/under hydration. If paired with a concurrent urinalysis the picture is clear enough to exclude dehydration.

May be slightly high: These things do depend upon the laboratory so you need to check what is normal for your lab, but normal is usually up to 115.

Abnormal creatinine: You need to go to your OB and have your urine checked for protein. Renal function does not decrease in normal pregnancy. See your OB doctor as soon as possible to be assessed.
