Need more info: This could be one of many diagnoses and needs to be discussed with the doctors who have the results of the tests. Can be tuberculosis, as well as other infectious or non-infectious inflammatory conditions.  The eosinophilia is compatible with TB, but also with other diseases.  Good luck.

can ecg detect angina? i performed 4 ecgs, chest x ray all normal. history of pul-tb(cured). heart beat 80-95 at rest. doctor says all due to anxiety of father death. no problem during playing/running. but sometimes at rest i feel discomfort on heart

Angina ekg: Angina is a symptom you have.  Chest pain that comes on with exercise and stops with rest.  Discuss with team.

No,not contagious.: Was skin tuberculin test positive?
Need to take INH 300 mg daily for at least  9 months.
See a TB specialist if possible or infectious disease doc.

Many causes : Sinus drainage is the most likely cause for your age.  Allergies, exposure to toxins, airborne contaminants, certain chronic infections , smoking, and COPD are also possibilities .  COPD is unlikely at your age.  An allergist, pulmonary doctor or your primary care doc can help you sort it out

TB on CXR. : That could mean that, in isolation, the findings on the Xray image could be consistent with those found typically with TB. But X-rays like these are not to be interpreted in isolation. Your clinical presentation and results of other testing would be important as well.

Family practice : If you have been exposed to TB and are tested positive.You may develop active TB if left untreated.  Get treated for 9 months. You will always test positive so should follow chest x-rays from this time forth.

Koches??: Well i'm not familiar with that term.  Suffice it to say...If you are talking about having "latent tb"...Just being exposed and having to treated with inh, Rifabutin or similiar meds for 3-6 months (depending on combo) the question is not that simple.  After being tx for latent tb.  Your chances of going on to develop pulmonary or other TB goes back down to that of the general population. (contin).

can i be given fit to work if my chest xray result is fibrocalcific tb may be old?

Yes: Calcified lesions are not a contraindication to working. Your doctor may wish to get a Blood Test for TB that would provide further evidence that the disease is not active. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

how is pcp be differentiated from milliary tb from clinical condition and chest xray? is there any test to confirm the diagnosis?

Look different: Pcp usually causes what we call ground glass opacity in a certain distribution. Miliary TB causes inumerable tiny nodules throughout the lungs.
