It sounds normal: Some children will have enlarged lymph nodes, and if the other work up has been normal, then it is unlikely to be of concern.  If you continue to be bothered by it then an ENT or surgeon can do a biopsy.

: Yes, the majority of isolated enlarged lymph nodes are reactive to inflammation taking place in the vicinity. Your work up should include a focused dental assessment and an ENT exam with imaging as decided based on exam.

See a doctor: The swelling in your neck should be evaluated by your doctor to determine the cause.  There are other things that can produce swelling in that area besides a lymph node.

Yes: Swollen lymph nodes can be tender to the touch for up to two weeks. If they are enlarged and tender after that. It's a good idea to let your doctor take a look.

Multiple causes:: Enlarged lymph nodes can be associated with infection, inflammation, or sometimes cancer.  To be safe, you should see your primary care physician for evaluation.

Likely: If the lymph node enlargement is due to infection, these will subside. If the nodes become larger or additional nodes become larger, it would be prudent to address the issue with your doctor again.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

: No, 60 days is too late. And the negative test proves HIV is not a possible cause of your symptoms. Nobody can ever have HIV symptoms with a negative 4th generation blood test. And your symptoms do not sound like HIV anyway. See a doctor if the problem doesn't clear up soon.

Lymph nodes. : If you have many lymph nodes appearing in your neck, a more direct diagnostic approach would be to have one or more of the nodes removed and sent to a laboratory for evaluation.   Especially if you've already tested negative for HIV.

Ignore it: Many guys your age have a few of these. If it's cancer, it would be stuck to the surrounding structures, or stony-hard, or become preposterously large, or be attended by fever / night sweats / weight loss.
