Lots: Among some of the available otc natural emollients available for dry skin that are rich in omega 3 and 6 are emu oil and flax and hemp seed oil. Of sourse eating oily fish like salmon, and nuts and enriched eggs are good too.

Nordic Naturals: is a well respected brand.  Please read the label and make sure that when you add the EPA &amp; DHA that the sum is 50% or more of the total sum of each capsule.  Also, make sure the fish oil has been purified.  Peace and good health.

Grave's Disease: You should not have any fears of taking tapazole (methimazole).  The medication has been around for over 30 years and works well for the treatment of grave's disease.  There are no proven natural treatments for grave's disease.  You should not stop omega 3s or vitamins, however, during your treatments.  The disorder should resolve in 1-2 years and you should no longer need the tapazole (methimazole).  Do not fear taking this.

i am 18 years old and i take modafinil three days a week at 50mg sublingual ,coffee for the rest 4 days, and omega 3 daily...i'm thinking of adding ginkgo biloba for it's cognitive benefits but afraid of the blood thinning effect, so is it okay?

: A brief comment:  several yrs ago, there was an extensive study from the Univ. of Pittsburgh Medical School, finding no significant or substantial cognitive value for Ginkgo Biloba.  So, save your money and do not search for "miracles" from Dr. Google!

You Like Fish Burps?: Better to split them up. Better absorbed with food. If you don't eat three meals a day then take two with one meal and one with another. but in this case food will help. Or, take the third with a healthy snack. Taking all three at once won't hurt but you want to get your money's worth, right? Also, if you eat some salmon that day, you can skip the supplement. The "real" thing is always better

Omega 3 = snake oil: Omega 3 fish oil is the same as snake oil, both are high in omega 3 fatty acids which are extremely fragile. Omega 3 fish/snake  oils reduce triglycerides by impairing your  liver's ablility to make them. However the oxidative stress caused by fish/snake oil actually raises your LDL cholesterol. 
Some day we may use the phrase "this is just more fish oil"  or "here comes the fish oil salesman".
