Allopathic typically: Refer to any individual with md at the end of his/her name, which attended a traditional medical school.  Since chiropractors go to a chiropractic college and not a medical school with mds, "nonallopathic lesion" is just a way for a chiropractor to document a segment that requires adjustment.  I am not sure if there are any chiropractors on this site to add commentary?

A lesion: is a nonspecific term that means abnormality.  It could be innocuous or serious.  Calling something an abnormal lesion is somewhat redundant.

When the humerus fractures, it is called a hill sacs deformity. It is due to a cam type impaction injury.

Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Depends.: Some lesions are benign, some malignant, and many unknown until treatment or a biopsy is performed. Many tumors, cysts, or kidney stones that are benign do not need treatment, and may be observed. Some benign lesions can enlarge in size to later cause problems, and require treatment though they are not cancerous. And malignant lesions should be treated by an experienced urologist.

Atherectomy: there is surgical and transcatheter atherectomy. In general surgical atherectomy can deal with larger lesions. Your physician who has the information about you can provide specific advice for you.
