Possibly: Palindromic arthritis may go into remission with medical treatment .  The medication most often used in addition to nsaid's is Plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine) which when effective may prevent the episodes of joint pain and swelling which characterize the condition.Over time and with age the frequency of the episodes may diminish.  There is no evidence dietary changes are of any benefit.

What to avoid: Avoid any alcohol drinks, red meat, gravy, beans, livers, intestines, brains.
Recommended meat is limited to just chicken breast and some fish
regular vegetables and fruits are ok
dairy (milk, cheeses) are ok.

Many types &amp; Tests.: Undoubtedly, a rheumatologist is the expert to see for the treatment of the many types of arthritis. Although the clinical evaluation is the best source of information for the presence of arthritis, there are numerous tests used to secure the diagnosis. Included in the tests are x-rays, blood samples and collection and evaluation of joint fluids. Combining all the resources is the most effective.

X-ray & labs.: X-rays of the area in question will let u know if u have arthritic changes in a specific joint. 4 lupus there are specific diagnostic criteria that include xam

Sarcoid?: There is no specific type of arthritis that affects the ankles as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, etc. Can all affect the ankles. There is one form of sarcoid called lofgren's syndrome that sometimes shows a predeliction for the ankles. However, blood tests are often unreliable in diagnosing arthritis in general. The history and physical are of much greater value for diagnosis.

Moderation: 1.  Maintain healthy weight.  No specific diets have been demonstrated to prevent arthritis.  2.  Be active to maintain bone density with moderate load bearing exercises but avoid extreme heavy weight training  which can damage joints especially the elbows and shoulders  3.  Avoid traumatic injuries to your joints from contact sports which can lead to early post traumatic arthritis.

Yes but we just : Start with a good evaluation and if necessary imaging such as x-rays and possibly MRI.  Sometimes, blood testing is done to evaluate for certain types of arthritis as well.

is it possible to have arthritis at any age at different severity i think i have mild arthritis because i have knee pain whilst stood or walking not when sat or lying in bed and u get ankle aches not anything specific triggering them they come and go?

: Although arthritis is seen more often in older people it is still possible to have it at your age. Arthritis &amp; other rheumatic conditions are a significant cause of work disability. You should be examined by your primary care physician. If you have arthritis you may be referred to a Rheumatologist, who is a doctor that has an expertise in treating arthritis. Abdominal muscles EX: A bulging disc occurs when one of the discs between your vertebrae develops a weak spot and pops out beyond its normal perimeter. Interestingly, many people might have a bulging disc and not even know it, as long as the bulging area does not press upon surrounding tissues. Do what you comfortable, i will advise to strengthen your abdominal muscles and avoid what bother from movement and exercise.
