can i tell me how i can get work done on non-adderall days?

Non Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) Days: I assume you are calling those days you are not taking adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine). I don't see why that happens. All medications for add/adhd should be administered every day including weekends and holidays, to prevent falls in the level of the medicine during those days off. If you work with a psychiatrist, you must have 30 days supply of your medications, and also practice behavioral exercises to reduce symptoms.

is it possible to get a second script of a non xr adderall to supplement when you don't need the xr? before i need a refill? i have 30 mg xr now but i don't need it to last that long every day i don't get another script for a while can i get a second supp

Each : Each psychiatrist has different thoughts regarding this. I recommend that you talk to your psychiatrist about your request for a shorter acting stimulant on some days.  Some psychiatrists may wish to keep your medications as uniform as possible (i.e., not changing dose of the basic medication on different days). It is not uncommon to have mixes of stimulants. For instance: a patient uses a long acting stimulant to get him through his workday. The stimulant choice is perfect and starts wearing off at the end of his workday. However, he also goes to night school two days per week. The stimulant has worn off by the time he gets to class. So, a short acting stimulant can be taken in the afternoon to get him through class two days per week.   And because it is short acting, it allows him to go to sleep later.  None of the doctors here will be able to answer this question because it is one that you and your psychiatrist will need to address together.

why am i feeling a non painful tightness on the right side of my chest when taking my adderall xr?

: Chest tightness is a rather nonspecific symptom. A rib cage origin rather than cardiac or lung pathology is.most likely.  Any rib cage strain or tender spots?  Stress and/or tension can cause chest tightness. I doubt that adderall is a direct cause of your symptom. See your physician for evaluation if recurrent chest tightness continues.

: A few suggestions:  Contact the local medical societies, such as city and state to obtain names of physicians who provide treatment for your diagnosed condition.  Get appointment and interview the selected physician(s) to find the one who is easiest for you to work with.

: Whenever discussed and agreed upon with your treating doctor. Amphetamines are controlled substances with increasing scrutiny around them, high risk meds. It is only your team of doctors or the doc they refer you to that will be able to prescribe such drugs to you.

Antihistamines: You can take claritin, (loratadine) or zyrtec, or allegra, or even bendryl with adderall.

Adderall/Hydroxycut: The concern would be Caffeine content, but if you say it is caffeine free, you might want to consult your doctor first.
