Mastitis: Mastitis can be extremely painful. I suggest you get a through breast exam from your OB?/GYN to be sure you don't need antibiotics

GM: Methotrexate alone or in combination with steroids has been used with good success.Treatment with a combination of glucocorticoids and prolactin lowering medications such as bromocriptine or Cabergoline was used with good success, steroid therapy for approx 6 months can be effective too, but can cause other undersirable side effects.
