Not food related: can be due to several reasons, commonest of which is dehydrated and dry skin. See a dermatologist for evaluation, and keep moisturizing your skin, can use OTC cetirizine or loratadine regularly till you see the specialist, but read the labels carefully, best wishes

Usually not: Semen is usually not allergenic under normal circumstances. It is rare  to see allergies. Semen is highly allergenic when it is exposed to the bloodstream.  So men who have testicular or reproductive tract surgery often develop sperm antibodies which can cause infertility.

Not many: Drinking a lot of coffee appears to improve mild asthma. Ma huang , a chinese herb, is essentially Ephedrine which was extensively used for asthma treatment decades ago. 
Make sure your serum vitamin d level is optimal since low plasma vitamin d level may render you less response to inhale steroid. 
You really need to see your family doctor about this since asthma treatment is not for amateurs.

Hypoallergenic pets: There are no hypoallergenic pets, Animals do vary as much as five hundred fold in some cases in the amount of allergen they produce,  But the allergen is in the skin and saliva, not in the fur, for dogs and cats . No: Processed juices will still contain allergens. If you are allergic to a fruit then you should also avoid the juice.

Yes: Yes, but it doesn't depend on a viral infection.  Many meds, including antibiotics like Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) (amoxicillin/clavulanate) can cause bothersome rashes like contact dermatitis (an allergic reaction) or urticaria (hives).  Less frequently & much more serious, it (like other meds) can cause a skin reaction called erythema multiforme and stevens-johnson syndrome requiring immediate medical attention.

have several med allergies, & celiac. i'm neg for food allergies, but still feel i'd be more prone than most to them. should i avoid allergenic foods?

Not necessarily: What do you consider allergenic foods? If you have Celiac disease, it is important to have a gluten free diet, other than that you should have a mixed diet.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
