Nocturnal emission: This is called a nocturnal emission or "wet dream". Most common in adolescents, dreaming about having sex and masturbatiing while asleep. Usually wake up just as you are reaching climax. See your md about this and you might get referral to urologist or psychologist.

: Peyronie's disease or curvature of the penis can cause pain although you're a little young to have it as it's rare before the age of 30.  For peace of mind have an examination  by your physician or a urologist and be advised.

If : If you are sexually active then you may be dealing with an std and should see your doctor for testing. If you are not sexually active then you may be dealing with a cyst or pustule. If it has not resolved see your doctor for a diagnosis and treatment.

Thus, when in doubt, use a condom.
