Sperm can survive in penile urethra until subject next urinates and washes out all remaining sperm. However, pregnancy prevention will still require wearing condom if sex is planned immediately after urination post ejaculation because pre-cum from Cowper's gland & Cowper's gland duct can contain viable sperm. Thus, when in doubt, use a condom.
