Do you shave ?: You could have irritated or infected follicles where the hairs are shaved. It's really hard without being able to see. Does over the counter Hydrocortisone help? It its infected it would make it worse. It would probably we worth a trip to doc to get a right diagnosis and treatment . By the way try moisturizers and cool compresses to to relieve the itch.

Vaginal yeast : Vaginal yeast infection can occur at any age and without sexual activity. It is a byproduct of unbalanced vaginal flora which can be caused by antibiotic use, stress and hormonal changes. To treat: use OTC yeast infection suppositories/cream containing miconazole or clotrimazole. Take a probiotic and lots of fluids to help restore your balance. Avoid douching/ fragrance sprays around the genitals

Depends on cause ...: Pruritus vulvae or an itchy vulva can be a symptom of lots of different conditions, such as skin problems, infections, a reaction to soaps or perfumes, your hormone levels, to mention only a few .. Vulvitis: It could be a couple of things like irritation from your soap, but probably the most common issue would be a yeast infection.  You can try some over the counter medication like Monistat or gynelotrimin (clotrimazole) (you can just use it on the outside) or see your physician for an evaluation.  Swim suit season does mean increased yeast for some women

Yeast Infection: It may be caused by yeast infection.You can use1% Clotrimazole cream plus 1%hydrocortisone cream both available withour prescription, use twice a day, or zeasorp -af powder apply twice a day, and for itching you can take 10 mgm zyrtec (cetirizine) available over the counter if itching is really bad, and if it does not clear up, see your doctor or gynecologist.Keep the area as dry as possible.

A : A urinary tract infection (UTI) needs to be ruled out. A visit with your primary care provider will likely include an exam and testing. A urine sample will be sent for analysis and culture. On the other hand and allergic cause should also be considered. Are you using any new soaps or lotions on your penis? In the meantime you can try Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and monitor for relief prior to visiting your doctor.
