Possibly: The lh surge causes you to ovulate.  Just because you have not detected it during testing does not necessarily mean you aren't having one, but it would require more evaluation.  See your physician, there are meds that can help.

Depends: Followup testing will expose you to more radiation-do you want to risk that in a pregnancy.  Another factor would be any chemotherapy yet needed.  Best to ask your oncologist.

Pretty good: In younger age group with pouch, getting pregnant is pretty good , long term results are also good with vaginal delivery or by c section. Speak to your doctor(s) , may be at a slightly high risk pregnancy for recurrence  of disease. ( not very significant risk ) and need team of experts to carry through  good luck.

Good: If you have functional ovaries, tubes and healthy and your partner does not have fertility problems and you have regular sex, there is high chance you will get pregnant. Talk to your gynecologist, who  knows you and can give more targeted answer.

Yes: If you are asking if general anesthesia could potentially have adverse affects on your pregnancy and your unborn baby, then the answer is yes.  So in general pregnant women should avoid surgery unless it absolutely must be done.

OPK: The accuracy of OPK varies - sadly, the OPK are more reliable the more regular your cycles are normal, meaning the women who need them most will get the least use out of them. 5 days of "lh surge" is not physiologic, so it's either a bad test or you have a very unusual ovulation.

Two weeks: To be sure do your pregnancy test two weeks after your ovulation predictor kit showed lh surge.

Ovulation: Ovulation is the result of an lh surge. Once the hormone lh surges in the mid cycle, the egg continues to mature and ovulation happens approximately 24 hours later. The hormone can be detected in the urine for several days around the time of ovulation.

Depends: If you are on clomid, (clomiphene) it could be possible. See your provider and check it out.

No : The lh kits should only be positive for no more than a few days. Some women with pcos have chronically elevated lh levels causing the test to turn out positive every day.
