Tendon Tear?: Patients with your symptoms sometimes have rotator cuff injuries ranging from tendinitis to a tendon tear. Your loss of strength is worrisome for your having a more significant rotator cuff tendon injury and should be evaluated to determine the diagnosis. After a history and physical exam and relevant imaging, your doctor will be able to make a complete diagnosis and make recommendations.

Not sure..,?crepitus: With out an examination and maybe some diagnostic testing like an  x-ray to start, I am not sure what the clicking is due to . Crepitus is a medical term to describe the grating, crackling or popping sounds and sensations experienced under the skin and joints or a crackling sensation due to the presence of air in the subcutaneous tissue.

Depends: If it is mild and getting better, then you can wait.However if not getting better,then best to go ahead and see someone as could be a rotator cuff tear.Small tear can get better on own.Large ones less likely so.Other possibilities bursitis,tendonitis,contusion in which to ice use use ibuprofen.ice 20 min 3Xday,

Medial epicondylitis: Pain where u are describing after workouts that involve using a " power grip" commonly irritate the flexor/ pronator muscle group on the 'inside' of your elbow. This is termed medial epicondylitis or " golfer's elbow". Rest from offending activities(s) and Ibuprofen may help. See your md if pain continues. Best of luck!

my icd  was fitted few days  ago.  i'm bey paranoid my arm movement might have dislodged  the leads.  nobody tells me the do's  and don't.  just move?

LEAD MIGRATION : Discuss concern with your doctor. Normally lead migration happens over time and ICD starts to misfire. Have the cardiologist reexamine you and interrogate the ICD of you are worried.

Second opinion: I would get another opinion.  Your symptoms appear to be a concern and I would want to hopefully determine the cause asap, if possible.

last year after flu shot my arm hurt where the injection was. last few mths it has gotten worse where i cant lift/rotate without pain. had clicking noises for a while, now just pain & limited movement mostly at night/cold. what could it be?

: I am sorry to hear that but the flu shot and your shoulder pain are unrelated.
Most people have sore deltoid area after the flu shot but chronic shoulder pain is not a known adverse effect.
It seems you may have a rotator cuff injury (more common) or a different shoulder problem. You should see your doctor for advice. Conservative treatment with med and physical therapy will ease the pain.
