i have sore itchy ears that comes and goes for a few weeks. is it just ear wax or an infection?

Ears itch: Probably dermatitis either from no wax, chemical irritation (soap, shampoo), Q-tip trauma. Do not use q-tips deepen ear. Try some 1% hydrocortisone, apply to outer part of ear canal with q-tip two to three times a day when have symptoms

wet itchy ears all the time, if i scratch with my finger wet and wax i can feel. 2 times a month they get swollen inside from me itching , feel water ?

Evaluation: The symptoms are suggestive of a possible canal infection, canal eczema/dermatitis.  An exam is required for diagnosis.  See your doctor or ENT.

ENT : See ent.  He will examine and clean your ear. Wax implication can create itchy feeling.

Ear canal: The above symptoms may indicate an infection of the exteral auditory canal.  This is best definitively diagnosed by a doctor examining the ear, and is treated with antibiotic ear drops.

since last night inside my ears specially the right one are so itchy and i try with my pointing finger to itch all night and i feel they are wet with clear ear wax.
any suggestions? p.s. water didn't go inside?

Possible infection.: Best approach is an otoscopic look in the ear.  If infected but no perforation of the eardrum, a trial of ear drops with a solution of antibiotic and steroid (eg, Cortisporin otic solution) can be prescribed.  A family doc, Ear, nose and throat specialist, or internist can help.

itchy fungal infec. in corner of ears (where earlobe folds).when scratched, a raw scab forms & liquid (ear wax?) will leak (sometimes excessively) from scab.liquid hardens/crystallizes after certain amount of time - becomes liquid again when touched.

Anti fungal: I am guessing you had this diagnosed by an MD. You should have been given an RX for an anti-fungal.  You could try Clotrimazole, or Tolnaftate (cheap at dollar stores) applied 3 x per day.  If persistent see an ENT specialist or a dermatologist.

i get frequent itchy left ear following a sore throat on the left side, why is this? it happens atleast once every 2 month. is it just ear wax/allergy

It is your : Allergy acting up. Get some otc allergy meds and  start taking them on a daily basis .Some food / fruits can cause the itching and sore throat you just described. You may need to make a list yourself of what you are sensitive to and have an allergist check you out if condition worsened.

Mometasone: Mometasone is a cortisone (steroid) medication and is too strong for the thin skin of the ears.  A milder cortisone can be prescribed, but for occasional use (1-2x/week) only to avoid thinning of the skin.

See doc: Nosebleeds and spitting out blood can be connected. Your age, frequency of nose bleeds, and how they have been managed can help. 
Knowing that there are no other problems such as smoking, cancer, chronic cough, points to spitting out blood from the nose bleed. Ears can itch from dry skin, wax, or just because. Try not to put anything into your ear.
