ER: These symptoms may not be related to your previous heart problems (could be atypical heart presentation). However, vomiting and shortness of breath can have serious etiologies.  Seeing your doctor immediately can help diagnose your condition with a great history and physical.  Safest bet - see a doctor immediately.

Go see your doctor: It's impossible to determine what's going on w/stomach pain & lost of appetite despite ability to digest small amounts of food. Maybe it's just a temporary issue. Maybe it's a minor viral infection. Maybe it's just heartburn. Or it could be something worse. Best for you to see your family doc for evaluation, diagnosis & appropriate treatment.

i have upper right stomach pain. i've lost 11kg in 6 weeks. i've had scans but nothing showing.  i have lost appetite. any ideas as to what it could be?

More tests: Would get hepato-biliary  scan to rule out gallbladder dysfunction; if normal, would get ct to check for any other anatomical abnormality, such as a space-occupying lesion.

Yes. Can see doctor.: Lower right abdominal pain can be from many things. For pain there, appendicitis is always a concern (pain can worsens over time, with fever coming on). If one is constipated for several days, stool can back up all the way to the right side, and cause pain. Having gas may or may not be related to the discomfort (lactose intolerance will cause gas). A hernia or ovarian problem can cause pain.

Maybe, maybe not: It's hard to tell.  A problem with your appendix can be very serious and that pain usually starts around the navel.  It usually gets worse, however and eventually moves to the right lower quadrant of the abdomen.  It is also associated with worsening appetite, nausea and low grade fever.  You should be evaluated by a doctor.

Yes: It is an uncommon complication of therapy with azithromycin, reported in about 3% of patients taking this.  Stopping the medication should resolve this in several days, but if it does not, would seek out another explanation.

Yes: A viral illness (bug) generally lasts 4 - 7 days. After a month other reasons need to be considered. Time to see an in person doctor.
