Yes: Biting nipples to the point of bleeding is crossing a safety line. Nipping nipples during sex is one thing but biting should be off limits.

No, it's fine: I trust he doesn't do any real damage. Many men do this. If you like it, tell him. If you like something else better, tell him.

Nipple discharge: Should not. 2 different things. If you have nipple discharge, is it both breasts? Color? How do you see it?

Check BM, see Ped: Check your breastmilk supply - make sure that you are not engorged and your flow is not too fast for the baby. Sometimes when the flow is too fast,  the baby has to clamp the nipple to stop the flow. If this is the case, manually pump to release the pressure and try again. Make sure she still has wet diapers/drooling. If these are significantly decrease need to see Peds.

No, it is not normal: Human bites carry with them a large risk of infection from a host of different bacteria.  This can lead to a localized skin infection and possibly an abscess.  Anytime a human bite breaks the skin, there is concern for infection.

Infection: Yes, it sounds like you have an infection.  Whatever the cause, it is time to see your doctor as soon as possible.

: The palmar reflex, or fist clenching is a normal part of the developing infant's nervous system. By 3-4 months they sometimes begin to relax the fist more, but 4-5 months is when it is open more naturally. I don't view any of the cited behaviors as either unusual or bad.

Normal: Breast assymetry is normal and common.  So long as the nipples are not inverted, everything should be fine.
