Testing: probably too early.  Wait until you miss a period and then test 4-5 days later using the first morning urine.  This will give you the best result.

Pregnancy symptoms: The only post-ovulation symptoms you might expect to experience are pre-menstrual symptoms...since menstruation begins on day 14 post-ovulation...unless, of course, you got pregnant at the time of ovulation.

Unlikely: Your symptoms are unlikely pregnancy related as implantation would be just occurring and the level of HCG hormone would be too low to cause these symptoms.

After missed period: Conception, as defined by the generation of a fertilized ovum, occurs within day or so of the sex. However, it takes about two weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG to produce a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex.

Ovulation: After an egg releases from the ovary there may be some fluid and even a little bleeding from the ovary. This can cause some crampy pain for a couple days. It can be normal, as long as it doesn't last long and is not severe.
