Need to see doc: Based on stated information it does not sound that your rash was due to side effects from the antibiotic/ antifungal combo you have been taking. A variety of conditions, including renal and/or hepatic, related or unrelated to your treated infections may have developed and your best reference at this point is your treating doc who will have a clear history and documentation of your ailments.

Rash: This is a long time to have a rash and you might want to have it evaluated by a dermatologist with biopsy to confirm if this is indeed the diagnosis.
