Sure: Anything with red dyes or naturally red can cause redness in your stool until all of the material passes through your intestines.  How long it takes depends on the transit time of your particular body.  I would think in most cases 1-3 days.

Hard to say: Chills are a common early  symptom of an infection coming on.It is not specific to the type. The constipation is likely unrelated and more a function of dietary selection and or stool holding.

Irritable Bowel: Your symptoms are pretty "classical" for IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome" There is treatment for this. Suggest you see a Gastroenterologist!

Food poisoning: Either from viruses, bacteria or bacterial toxins. Drink lots of fluids to prevent severe dehydration, a sign of which is weakness.

Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
