TRY: There are multiple causes of Brain Fog.Nicotine is not a good thing to have in your system and easier to quit at 18 years old than later.Brain Fog and inability to concentrate runs the gambit from Thyroid,ADHD,Drugs,diet,Vitamin Defiencies,etc so best to stop and see a primary care Physician.

Ach not nicotine: Acetylcholine binds these receptor proteins, called nicotinic receptors as nicotine binds these as well.  Nicotine is a drug.  Most drugs bind receptors which the body already utilizes for a variety of functions.

: Nicotine in any form is shown to have a higher rate of addiction when used before full brain development. Legality is based on what legislators choose to make it, whether it is medically/developmentally advisable or not. It is legal for you to jump off a cliff as an adult but not advisable. The idea is if you know it is bad for you a thinking adult would avoid it.
