No: Black coffee contains Caffeine which is mild stimulant but which causes no health issues (UNLESS TAKEN IN EXCESS LIKE  ANYTHING ELSE)

Fenugreek oil: Is touted to be helpful for several conditions, although there is no scientific evidence that it works in any of them. The most common side effects are diarrhea and gastric upset. There can be important drug interactions. If you are on medications, you should clear it with your physician. The dosage range is unknown, since there is not enough scientific information todetermine an appropriate dose.

I have not heard: of that occurring due to trigger point injection. What was the trigger point injected with. I would consult back with the doctor who performed the injection.

Depends upon illness: If it is being used to treat depression, you could go right back into it the very next day. If it is for psychosis, you might eventually rek\lapse, same with bipolar disorder. These medications should generally be tapered and never stopped without a discussion with your treatment provider.

Sometimes: people who get the vaccine get a brief period of achiness and a feeling they are coming down with something.  It is not the flu, it is your immune system revving up in response to the vaccine. OR you coincidently have come down with cold symptoms the day after your shot.  You "caught" the cold in the days before your shot. Good for you getting your flu shot. The full blown flu is a misery.

It : It is important to consult the discontinuation of treatment with your psychiatrist. Few reasons for not doing it on your own. Doctor can evaluate your current depression.  If depression is in remission, it is also important to identify the risk factors for worsening of condition after stopping the medication. It can be better monitored if you still in care. It can be prevented as needed if there are any changes in mental status. Good luck.
