Apply the niacinamide serum all over your face. 
Apply the tretinoin cream all over your face and let it absorb.

Yes: Niacinamide fights against both sun damage such as discoloration and skin cancers and acne.  One product line called NIA 24 has a particularly effective form of Niacinamide.  (I use  and recommend it)
However, the MOST important anti-aging product is a high potency (SPF) sunscreen, using a broad brimmed hat and avoiding sun.  Happy aging!

: Many people with sensitive skin cannot tolerate additional ingredients such as Niacinamide, hyaluronic acid and others. Try excluding chemicals one by one to see what is making your skin "break out". The "bumps" may not be acne but instead allergic dermatitis.

A large amount: The upper limit of the dose of niacinamide is over 3 grams. Most patients don't need nearly that much or can't take that much due to side effects such as flushing or diarrhea. Niacin is a B vitamin and thus is water soluble. It is extremely hard to overdose on Niacinamide and damage your liver.

Lipid effect, flush: Niacin is a b vitamin that is often used to treat lipid (cholesterol and triglyceride) disorders. Nicotinamide is another vitamin in the vitamin b group. Although Niacin and nicotinamide are identical in their vitamin activity, nicotinamide has no significant cholesterol or triglyceride effects.  Also, nicotinamide does not cause skin flushihg that can be a limitation to use of  niacin.

Good question.: The niacinamide form of Niacin is a b vitamin (it's in your cereal) which does not lower cholesterol like the nicotinic acid form of niacin.  Since nicotinic acid causes flushing, makers have tried changing the formulation so it's "flush-free" but will still lower cholesterol.  The active ingredient of your cholesterol-lowering Niacin preparation should always be nicotinic acid.

Avoid head shoulders: Don’t use head and shoulders - it is toxic and destroys good microbiome that are needed to maintain skin health.  Use a gentle soap like dove.

Clindamycin: Topical clindamycin can be absorbed through the skin and has been known to cause diarrhea and, uncommonly, severe intestinal inflammation. Dermatologists have more experience with side effects of topical clindamycin,however.
